These Terms and conditions (“Terms of Use” or this “Agreement” or “term”) govern your use of Enrolkart website: www.enrolkart.com in which the website is referred to as “Enrolkart” or the “website” (collectively, the “site”) which is operated, owned, managed, maintained, monitored by Veronica Educare Private Limited is referred to as “ENROLKART” or the “company” (through similar words such as “we” “us,” “our,” etc.) and the term “you” or “Your” refers to a Visitor or a Member. By visiting (browsing or accessing) any part of the Enrolkart Site (whether or not you are a registered user or a member) or using any of the Enrolkart Services (“Term of Services “or “Terms”) on any of the Sites through which Enrolkart makes the service available whether through Social Media or some other means, you are accepting this Terms of Use. In this context, you would be indicating that you have read through these terms and that you understand and agree to abide by these terms and ready to receive our service(s).

Agreeing to these terms

The Site and Online courses and services is intended solely only for users aged 18 and older. By accessing the Site, or using any of our services by indicating your agreement to this Terms of Use through a similar mechanism, you represent that you either:

Participant Account & registration Terms

Regardless of how you access the services, you must create a user account with Enrolkart (“Enrolkart Account”) in order to access and use our services. Hereafter referred as “Registered user”. When you create an Enrolkart Account, we will ask you to provide some basic information as your name and email and for you to select a user name (which may be your email address) and password for the Enrolkart Account. You may be able to sign up through a third-party account (such as your Google, Facebook, LinkedIn account) where you may permit certain information about you to be sent to us in order to create your Enrolkart Account. When you create your Enrolkart account, and subsequently when you use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete. By using this Service, clicking “I Agree”, registering a User Account, purchasing an Online Course or service, you are agreeing to be bound by this Terms of Use(“Agreement”). By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that your user’s name and password is for your use only. Upon creating a Enrolkart Account, Enrolkart grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Transfer and share of your account, in accordance with these terms unless any additional use is expressly permitted by Enrolkart in writing. The sharing and transferring of your account to others it is strictly prohibited & also violation of term. If found, unauthorizedly do so, shall cause such rights to automatically suspension of your account including your all access to the website, services and contents.

You are sole responsible for confidentiality of your account, and for all activities that occur under your Enrolkart Account. You are also responsible to notify us (by email to support@enrolkart.com) upon becoming aware of any loss, compromise or unauthorized use of your user’s name or password or any other breach of security relating to your Enrolkart Account, we view any actions taken by your account as taken by you. Simultaneously you agreed to cooperate with us during any investigation in this matter.
Enrolkart will not be liable for any loss, misuse or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation due to this activity of third party which is out of our control and due to failure to maintain your Enrolkart account confidentiality.
Being a registered user or Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. Just opening/registering an account does not mean you have completed the registration/admission process (see blow term). It will be treated as you are the User, visitor of this site. Accordingly, the term applicable on you.
You may delete your Enrolkart Account by requesting at support@enrolkart.com. In this event that you delete your Enrolkart Account, Enrolkart will delete or de-identify your personally identifiable information such as your username, email id from our database. You understand and agree that in some cases, we will need to seek the approval of the Instructors (as defined below) at your institution prior to deleting or de-identifying certain information such as grade, certification data from our systems and may retain and continue to provide your Instructors with access to such information for up to 120 days following a Enrolkart Account deletion request. If you wish to access or use the Online Courseware following the deletion of your Enrolkart Account, you will be required to re-register with Enrolkart and create a Enrolkart Account newly.

Online Courses term

The Online course or Courseware is comprised of certain courses or groups of Content and associated materials known as course packs (each, a “Course Pack”). In order to access a Course Pack, you must purchase a course pack to be provided a unique online access provided by course provider or institution or other third-party vendor, by purchasing a Course Pack directly from Enrolkart Site in which case user id and password will automatically be generated and activated on the Site to Access to your enrolled course, or the course access procedure will be provided in your registered mail.

Enrolment to the course

By registration or by opening an account at Enrolkart website or enrol at authorized learning center or other third-party vendor does not entitle you to the right of complete enrolment for the course. Also, enrollment to any course does not by itself Guarantees or ensure success of the student.
You will not harass or use derogatory language or behavior on other user, faculty, course provider, associates, or our Employees Or our learning center staff.
You will not plagiarize on any exams, assignment, assessment or in any other evaluation- related services or programs. In this event, the selected candidates are required to comply with the rules laid down in our privacy policy section and Enrolkart reserve the right to cancel /terminate or expel the student at any time without notice.
You will not post online any study material or secures testing material unless expressly authorized in written by Enrolkart.
We neither endorse nor assume any liability for the contents of any User Submission. However, we and our agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any User Submission or other content that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms of Service and any other rules of user conduct for the Service, or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing any such User Submission or other content. You hereby consent to such removal and waive any claim against us arising out of such removal of any User Submission, whether it is your own or another user’s. Also See “Copyrights, Licenses and User Submissions” above for a description of the procedures to be followed, in the event any party believes that a User Submission infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party, can be reported to Enrolkart.

Course Modifications

Enrolkart, the instructors and the course provider of the Online or offline classes/meeting further reserve the right to alter, modify or rearrange the schedule class/meeting, as well as the point value or assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, projects, and other such evaluations associated with the course. By attending the Course in any mode, Students acknowledge that Enrolkart, the instructors and course provider maintain the right and ability to adapt, modify or revise the Online or offline Courses.

We are continuously changing and/or updating the Online Courseware and the Site to improve the end user experience. Accordingly, we may add or remove functions, features or Content from the Online Courseware at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and/or provide you with alternative functions, features or Content in the event of any material change and/or update to the Online Courseware.

No Academic Credit

Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution, participation in or completion of a course does not confer any academic credit. Even if credit is awarded by one institution, there is no presumption that other institutions will accept that credit.

You agree not to accept academic credit for completing a course unless you have earned a Course Certificate for that course. Enrolkart, the course instructors, and the associated participating institutions have no obligation to have a course recognized by any educational institution or accredited organization.

Course listing

Enrolkart will create listing of various course by applying different learning methodology including detail about the course including but not limit to the subject, topic, number of sessions, duration of study, mode of education, assessment, exam delivery and related thereof will be listed on the site. Listing will be made publicly available through our website and also through where we have authorized any one makes this available. You understand and agree that the ranking of listing in Enrolkart website search results may depend upon how many times user view/access the specific content including popularity but not limited to student’s preference, rating for the specific course.

Enrolkart assumes no responsibility for a student’s compliance with any agreements with or duties to third parties, applicable laws, rules ,regulation Enrolkart reserves the right, at any time prior notice or without prior notice, to remove disable to any student for any reason, That Enrolkart in its sole direction ,consider to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these terms, trademarks and branding guidelines, otherwise harmful to the site & services.

User will be able to view courses via the sites based upon the information provided in the listing, by users search parameters and preference. When a user enrolling for the course, the user needs to pay the full amount before accessing the course.

You will follow all reasonable rules set by an institution, Course provider with respect to enrolling for a course and you will not take any actions to interfere with the teacher, course provider or any other students in the class.
You may access course content for your information and personal use only.
You will not copy any course materials or techniques for purposes of commercial use.

User conduct and user content guidelines

As a condition of accessing or using any Services and/or Online Courses including When you sign up for the Site, you agree to the following rules:

You will use any Service or any content available in our site, for lawful purposes only and not to use the Service or content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms or in any way not reasonable intend by Enrolkart.
Copy, paste, record is allowed under condition of personal use; Apart from these, sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, create copy, paste, display, publish, transfer, distribute, any content, any portion of the Services including Courses and service available on our website, for any commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
You are not allowed to use of Enrolkart brand name, trademarks, service marks, or other materials in connection with commercial purpose or non-commercial purpose anywhere, any medium without authorization by Enrolkart.
Use of any automated system, electronic, or third party means to access the Services including without limitation robots, crawlers, browser plug-ins, browser extensions, spiders, scripts (“Add-ons”); or anything related to interfering, hampering our service are prohibited.
Falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym or misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present; prohibited.
Disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Enrolkart website and Services may lead to termination of account.
Upload or post of any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary materials on our website or related to any service are not allowed. You assume full responsibility for the content that you upload or post on our website.

Payments

When a user enrolls for the course or purchase any of our service listed on our website, you hereby agree to these payment terms, you need to pay the amount accordingly the amount specified in the site. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to Enrolkart, or its third-party payment provider, storing and accessing your payment information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the courses or services you purchase through the Enrolkart website as they become due payment, whether on a one-time, instalment, or subscription basis payment. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other payment collection mechanisms. The fess specified in our website- may vary based on your location, the type of Payment Method used. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services. Refunds may be available only for Fully paid course fees as described in our Refund Policy. Additionally, you understand and agree that not all promotional or discounted price are available to all Users, and that specific additional terms and conditions (see our promotional and discount Terms) may apply to certain promotional program and its pricing. You also agree to use your own valid Payment Method and not impersonate or otherwise use a Payment Method to avoid regulatory restrictions. You can get a copy of your invoice in your registered email after successfully completion of a transaction.

Course Fees

Enrolkart offers paid Services (e.g., Course Certificates for certain courses) for a fee. You are responsible for paying all fees including applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. Fees may vary, based on your location and other factors, and Enrolkart reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Enrolkart will collect the payment at the time or after enrolment request.

Subscription Fees

This fee will applicable, when you Subscribe or buy any of our service under subscription term. Each Subscription has an associated fee as provided on the Site, by the course/service provider, or by our associate service provider or other third-party vendor from which you purchase the Subscription. You are responsible for paying such fees and all applicable taxes, government fees and administrative fees (such as any Payment gateway fees) associated with the purchase of any Subscription. You acknowledge that Enrolkart reserves the right to charge for the Enrolkart Service and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion.

If Enrolakrt terminates your subscription (Membership) because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees, Course fees or service fees.

Add-on Fees

Here the Add-on service is referred as the services which we have listed on our website provided by us or our associate service provider or by any third-party registered members. Weather it is purchased separately or as a part of an order. If you are purchasing, subscribing any of the service listed in our website, Here the add-on fee term applicable to you. You are responsible for paying all fees including applicable taxes in a timely manner.

Taxes

When you purchase any Online Course or Service from the listing of Enrolkart, you agree to pay not only the applicable fee, but also all applicable value added, transaction taxes, or other government-required taxes and charges (such as GST) that Enrolkart determines it is required to collect (“Taxes”). All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase. Please note that Enrolkart will calculate the “estimated Taxes” at checkout and that, upon confirmation, you may be responsible for a different total. If the specific course, service price has mentioned “Inclusive of all tax”. If so, it will reflect at your final checkout, you no need to pay any type of taxes including any additional taxes in this event. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Enrolkart harmless against any and all claims by any tax authority for any underpayment of any Taxes, including, without limitation, GST and any related penalties and/or interest.

Cancellation and refund

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, kindly refer to this document; note that our policies differ between one-time course payment vs. subscription payments and other service purchases from Enrolkart service section, and that payment options may vary from one Service to another, also may vary based on your location and other factors. Also, note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who are found to be in violation of these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not pass a course or unsatisfied with their final grade or dissatisfaction with our service.

For subscription-based enrollment

For subscription-based enrollments, upon the termination of your subscription—whether by disenrollment—you will not be charged for future monthly fees. However, you will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged fees. In addition, if you cancel your subscription and subsequently re-enroll for an Online Course, you will not be entitled to an additional seven (7) day refund period, only one refund is permitted per Student per Online Course.

For course purchased from third party

If you purchase any Online Course or Service through a third-party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Android App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third-party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by Enrolkart. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by Enrolkart, the third-party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and Enrolkart will have no refund obligations. Enrolkart disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third-party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.

For courses including all category, all service of Enrolkart

If you wish to cancel a conformed enrolment made through our website, after 24 hours of commencement of course/class/Service, the cancellation policy contained in the applicable listing will apply to such cancelation provided that NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
If you wish to cancel a conformed enrolment made through our website, prior to starting the Course/Class/Service but before 24 hours, the cancellation policy contained in the applicable listing will apply to such cancelation provided that 75% of total fees will be refund after deduction of cancellation charges. In this event those who have paid full payment (no amount in due), only they are eligible to get this refund. There will be no refund for partly paid fees, even as in registration amount or First payment paid.
If your enrolment for the course or specialization, is not conformed status or is in waiting list over 15 days, and in this period if you cancel the enrolment, then you are eligible to receive a full refund. Except the amount deducted by third-party payment gateway or any banking institutions.

Other than stated above for each form of enrollment or payment method, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Enrolkart will not offer refunds on any fees and charges related to your purchase of any Subscription or Services purchased from service section. This also includes any partially used or unused periods for which you have already paid, regardless of whether it is any type of subscription (Monthly/half yearly or yearly subscription), one- time purchased service or one-time term payment method.

Also Note (for all section):

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refund or credits for partially used periods.
If you purchase any Online Course or Service through a mobile purchase or third-party Sites or purchases made through certain alternative payment services, the refund policy applicable to that third-party marketplace will apply. Enrolkart will have no refund obligations.
If you do not earn or fail to earn your Course Certificate within 5 years, your registration will expire and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the course.
If Enrolakrt terminates your subscription (Membership) because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees or any other related fees.
We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.

Free and demo service

There may be free trial or demo service offered by course or service provider. By registering, you may start with a free trial or can avail a demo service as per availability. In such event, the duration of the free trial or demo service period for your course, subscription or service will last only for the period of time specified during your sign-up. Free trials or demo service for any course, subscription or services may not be combined with certain other access, features or offers. If you begin your course, subscription or service with a free trial or demo service, we will begin billing for your Payment to continue at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period by contacting us at-support@enrolkart.com. Additionally also note that you will be not awarded with any certificate, any grades or any final delivery of anything related to any service even you complete or achieve the destination to get the certificates or any final delivery of anything during your free trial period because you must pay the fees specified for the course fees and the fess specified for the service , equally for the subscription you must pay a monthly-one month subscription fees in order to be eligible for the Certification of Course or to receive any final delivery related to the service, in addition to the completion requirements. you may also cancel your free trial period or demo service before your free trial end or before access to the Course, subscription or service begins, you will not be charged.so, you no need to pay any fees for the use or access of any content under this condition.

For Other Paid Services

Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, Enrolkart has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.

Changing Fees

Changing fees refer to the amount which has been specified in our website for every courses, subscriptions or services, it may change time to time in increasing order or may be in decreasing order. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, terminate or change any fees or charges for using any courses, subscription or services, that we made available in our website provided that such changes will not apply to fees or charges paid or free services used prior to the time of the change. The amount specified at the time, you have enrolled for a course or purchase any service, you need to pay the adjected amount only, even after fees change. will communicate any fee changes to you at least 14 days in advance and, if applicable, your continued use of Enrolkart website and its services. Fee changes associated with your Subscriptions may take effect as soon as the start of the next Subscription Period following the date of the fee change. after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. In this event you have an option, if you do not agree with the fee change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your Subscription or any other service applied fees changes via the Site prior to the fee change going into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of fee changes carefully.

Coupon, promo code discount

These are Enrolkart Promo code terms of use including our website enrolkart.com term of use set out the term relating to the redemption of a Promo code when you enrol or purchase a course, service or subscription available on our website. Please read the term and information carefully before conforming your purchase using promotional code in connection with getting the discount. Please note that, by confirming your purchase using promotional code, it will be treated as, you have read and accepting these terms.

Promotional code is alphanumeric string that can be apply to individual purchased or entire purchase at checkout only.
The discount can either be a percentage or a specific discounted amount. It may apply to both first-time user or returning users, depends upon type of promotion code provided by Enrolkart and its service provider.
The validity of these codes depends upon expiration date specified in advertisement or any other content.

We have right to vary, revise and amend these terms from time to time. Including those that reflect changes in affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant governing rules and regulatory including changes in our website’s capabilities.

Billing

Credit/Debit card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor(s), – banks, PayPal. By agreeing to this Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by Bank’s Terms of Service or PayPal’s Terms of Service as applicable. Any breach of those terms will be treated as a breach of these Terms. If you have selected a subscription-based enrollment or implemented an installment plan, your card will be automatically be charged monthly for the cost of the Online Course and any applicable taxes. If any fees are not paid in a timely manner, or our processors are unable to process your transaction using the information provided, we reserve the right to terminate your account or suspend & terminate your access to the Online Course as we deem appropriate. If your payment details change, you need to provide us with updated card details and you agree to our collection of such details. We may use these new details in order to help prevent any interruption to the Services. If you would like to use a different payment method or if there is a change in payment method, please visit your account settings to update your billing information.

Free service

Your Payment Method may be authorized for up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register for a free trial.

but you may be ineligible for certain promotions and pricing in the future. For example, you cannot be awarded a Verified Certificate or similar certification during your free trial period because you must pay for at least one (1) month of an Online Course subscription during your last project completion in order to be eligible for a Verified Certificate in that Online Course in addition to the completion requirements. In the case of Online Course, you must pay for no less than one (1) month of Online Courses and meet all of the other then current requirements to obtain promotional pricing, rebates or discounts.

If you have subscribed to a particular paid service or product within the last six (6) months, or if your Payment Method, physical address or email address has been associated with an account for that paid service, you are not eligible to receive a free trial for that service or product.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend the fees and features associated with your subscription. If we notify you in advance of at least fifteen (15) days, your continued use of Enrolkart and the Online Course If you do not wish to continue subscribing with the new fees or features, you may terminate your subscription by cancelling at any time.

Instructor Conduct Policy

Special terms for Instructor

The terms applicable to users who are instructors, teacher, educator, professor, faculty, administrators, course provider they may be individual or an entity (collectively, “Instructor”), Those who use Enrolkart as a platform, to deliver their course or service and to deliver there course by using Enrolkart’s LMS or by using their own LMS, These Enrolkart Terms of use, which together with our privacy policy, governs your use of Enrolkart and its service and constitutes a binding legal agreement between Enrolkart and you, and by agreeing to them or signing up in our instructor section, you agree and acknowledge that, abide to the following the below mentioned rules:

To be an instructor, you must create an Enrolkart Account in order to upload, access and use the additional service. Upon creating an Enrolkart Account, you also agree and acknowledge all clauses of term of use and privacy policy of Enrolkart or as applicable. In the signup form the answer given for the questioned asked, Accordingly Enrolkart will verify and grant you a final access to the instructor section of its’ site.
Enrolkart offer 2 types of instructor account. One is completely Free and another one is paid, which is known as “Prime instructor account”. You may avail all additional service as mentioned in the section. To sign up as a prime instructor account, no additional agreement is required.
You agree that you will upload the Online Courseware solely to complete the process to perform your services as an instructor at Enrolkart. And the uploaded Content should must meet the quality standard (see the Minimum quality standard of a content in the Instructor section), you are responsible to ensure the same prior to get publish.
Either, you will honour any enrolment through Enrolkart.com Or Enrolkart will honour any enrolments through our certifying body -Veronica Educare as per your preference /answer asked while you signed up as an instructor. You cannot refuse enrolments or participation by any student for any discriminatory.
You grant us the right to place advertisements on your content at our sole discretion.
Any content that you submit to publish, will must not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is belongs to other rightful owner, unless you have permission from the owner of the copy righted material.
You understand that, the registered users will have the ability to post a review, comments or feedback for the course. We cannot control such content that a user may include in any such review, comments or feedback. and Enrolkart will not be held responsible for any reviews, comments or feedback.
You may choose to remove content from your class or discontinue the service, if you have no paid enrolment, if no dues left, no delivery under process, No enrolment under process. if you do so, Enrolkart have the right to use that content and to provide it to students who have paid for or enrolled for the course.
You are allowed to upload the related content according to the category available in Enrolkart website and Naming of courses should be as per course naming guidelines. (Course Naming Guidelines)

Instructor Payments

Instructor may earn revenue by publishing classes/courseware or offering additional services through Enrolkart (See the listing category) To qualify for payments each month, your course must have purchased by any user and a minimum total sum of course fee must be Rs.1000 or above per month.

Example- if you have earned Rs.999 in a month, it will be auto credit to the next month. Instructor will receive 45% payment OF TOTAL COURSE FEE /course purchased per month. Instructor payment calculation Procedure as below: Instructor Payments= COURSE FEE /100 x 45%

If your course/s is mostly preferred by user to purchased most of the time (Min. above 25 times purchased in a single month) it will be known as trending course that may be from single course or multiple courses but from single category that you have listed on Enrolkart site. In this event you are qualify to receive bonus. The bonus calculation will be accordingly-Total course purchased fees/100 in to 30%. The algorithm used to determine your monthly share is based primarily on your share of the total number of purchases and the total amount of purchase on the platform. The specifics of the distribution calculation are subject to change from time to time.
Enrolkart pays Instructors Payouts, which sent after 18th and before 31th of each month for the transactions that have occurred in the previous calendar month.
Instructors are responsible for all income, value added, and other taxes associated with the amount they earn. Taxes may applicable as per your respective local law. Accordingly, you are responsible to ensure, whether you are fall under this taxable category or not.
Instructors have 60 days from the time at which a payment was or should have been made to report any discrepancies. After 60 days, you have waived your right to dispute any payment.
By signing up under our prime instructor section, you take advantage of additional services. As it is a paid section, you have to pay the amount mentioned in our site before accessing any courses or services. And for renewal- if you want to continue you have to renew the service before validity period end for the service. After validity renewal attract some fees to continue the services again.
Enrolkart does not allow any transaction (commercial or non-commercial) directly or indirectly between a user and Instructors. Enrolkart is not party to any transaction between any user/person and Instructor for any purpose, unless without Enrolkart consent and cannot be held responsible for any dispute or issues arising from any such transaction. These transactions will be treated same as unauthorised transaction and also violation of term. This will lead to direct termination of your account with us.
Enrolkart reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments to Instructor if it deems, in its sole judgement and absolute discretion, if Instructor found that violated any part of this Term of use including our privacy policy.

Neither, these links are owned by Enrolkart, or we have the authority to edit, control over these Linked Sites. You acknowledge and agree that:

Any claim, action or proceeding by you related in any way to the Enrolkart Service must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.

The Enrolkat Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and the other Governing Documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Enrolkart.
